High Cross Hill House. 1932 by W E Lescaze of Howe and Lescaze Grade II* Listed 

Built for W B Curry, the headmaster of Dartington School. Whitewashed rendered brick cavity walls. 

Since the headmaster moved out the building has had several uses and was empty for a long while and fell into poor condition. Currently used as offices by a clothing Company.
